* All students must have their applications endorsed by their Professor or Head of Department and have to upload a copy of their student ID-card at the online registration form.

* If you have submitted a paper, and you are a PhD student over the age of 30, and under the age of 35, and you want to register for the student fee, you need a letter of your professor or Head of Department. Please click here for uploading this letter.

Included in the registration fee
Conference registration fees include attendance to the sessions and exhibition, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM), morning and afternoon refreshments and attendance to the welcome reception.

Member fee
You can apply for the member fee if you are member of one of the Associated Societies: EurAAP, AMTA, IEEE, EUREL, IET.

Cancellation and refund policy for registration
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the Conference Secretariat, Congrex Holland BV before March 15, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 60. When cancelling after March 15, 2010 no refund will be made. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
