Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Barcelona have been reserved for EuCAP 2010 the 4th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation, being held in CCIB (Barcelona, Spain) on 12 – 16 April 2010. The exact locations of the different hotels are marken on the map at the bottom of this page.

The hotels offer the following price ranges:

Online bookings or Hotel Reservation Form
Participants can book their hotel room via internet or send an e-mail to EuCAP2010hotels@congrex.com. A global deposit of € 150.00 is required to guarantee your room reservation. Please forward a copy of your bank transfer or pay the deposit with your credit card. Hotel requests without deposit payment cannot be accepted. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice. The full payment must be done before February 10th 2010 to Congrex Travel. Please be aware that all the payments from the online booking must go through Congrex Travel. Therefore please do not send any payments to the hotel directly. If you are not able to book through the online system, please contact us on EuCAP2010hotels@congrex.com or download a hardcopy form by clicking here.

Booking policy
All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”. Hotel bookings will be guaranteed till 10 February 2010. After this deadline, requests will be accepted however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed anymore. Also, after this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card and an additional late booking fee of € 30.00 will be charged.

Cancellation, refund and change policy
If your reservation is cancelled before February 10th 2010, the deposit will be refunded, less a € 60.00 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled on or after 10th February 2010 no refunds can be made.

Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30.00. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the originally booked dates the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.
